Frequently Asked Questions
Do we need to complete the booking form?
The booking form needs to be completed and returned 21 days prior to arrival.
You need to ensure you include arrival and departure details to allow us to coordinate the Guest Liaison staff to greet you, or if travelling to Airlie Beach arrange key pick up.
You need to include credit card details to act as the bond/security for the property and complimentary buggy (Golf Buggy applies only to Hamilton Island).
We require at least one drivers licence to be completed.
What are the peak and off-peak seasons?
- Peak-Season applies to the following periods;
- Christmas/New Year
- Easter
- Mid-Season applies to average school holiday period in NSW and Queensland.
- Low-Season applies to all other dates.
What type of deposit is due and when is final payment required?
30% deposit is due at the time of booking; the final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?

Had the most amazing weekend in Airlie, we stayed in a 3 bedroom self contained unit which backed on to the hills overlooking Airlie Beach Beautiful views walking distance to all shops nightlife and more. Unit was very spacious and clean with everything you needed for a getaway with family or friends. Would definitely stay there again

Really comfortable and well equipped apartment, highly recommend.
We liked how spacious and comfortable the apartment was. It was perfectly well equipped, and the balcony and pool were really lovely. It is a short walk to town, but we liked that as it felt more peaceful. All the relevant tours can easily pick you up too, so that was no issue.

Absolutely stunning location and the perfect set up for a family of 7 adults. It was very helpful to have the supplies of cleaning products & food on arrival.

The house is great with amazing view! This house is perfect with beautiful design and personal details in the house. There you have everything for comfortable stay. Perfect place for vocation to enjoying sun sets in a balcony. I can highly recommend for you to stay here!

We had an amazing holiday at What a View apartment. The view alone makes this apartment well worth booking. It had everything we needed for our Whitsunday holiday. T how do you he pool area was fabulous. Convenient car parking and a perfect outdoor area.

Beautiful home with everything you can possibly need. Great size pool and incredible view to the ocean and surrounding islands. Julie was a great host and was very informative as a local guide too.
